・   Firstly, an opportunity to rectify the problem by recleaning the area should be made
・   Photos of the effected area/s should be supplied
・   Stains that have recoloured the fibers and worn traffic areas in the carpet are not included as a basis for the money back guarantee

Permanent staining can happen if the fibres of the carpet have been redyed by the substance. This does not happen with most substances, in fact nearly every stain can be removed, as long as it has not been scrubbed into the fibres. However, some stains do cause permanent redying of the carpet fibre and these cannot be removed. In areas of high traffic, such as walkways and hallways, there may be wear to the fibre that causes permanent changes to the carpet. Budget Carpet Steam Cleaning always use the best detergents and chemicals to remove stains and to clean dirty traffic areas, but there are occasions where the carpet is just too old, too worn, or the stain recolours the fibres. If this is the case, we will discuss this with you and explain what has happenned to these areas.
